  Great food but very rushed service. Booking was reserved (offered to us) at 20h30 and by 21h30 we were starting to get the vibes that we need to leave (even though a birthday group were still eating in the next room). Our group comprised of 5 adults and 2 children. The child's meal advertised as fish Goujons and chips, was more like very dry fish fingers. The child's chocolate waffle was hard and tasteless. We were rushed through dessert and when ordering coffee we were told they weren't going to do coffee with no explanation of why no coffee - an Italian restaurant with no coffee? Us being Portuguese just didn't get the no coffee and no explanation! We left at 22h00 disappointed. The very young waitress was the only one that made us feel welcome and was embarrassed to have to tell us - no coffee! Kudo's to her!

  Our food was mainly pretty good except for the kids fish and chips which were actually fish fingers and chips. Also this Italian restaurant had no coffee on a Saturday night apparently and we were not given a reason why, just no coffee. Young waitress was good, but what seemed to be the manageress just didn't seem that intersted and in a rush to shut shop from about 9:30 pm when she had given us a reservation for 8:30 pm. We were out of the restaurant by 10pm. Not what is expected from an Italian restaurant.

  Really lovely evening. Ended up at the Italian Kitchen after going to 2 other places who were fully booked. We were not disappointed! The food was beautifully cooked and presented and tasted wonderful. Really accomodating to us all with great service from the waitresses. Unfortunately we arent local otherwise we would be regulars here!

  Very nice food with big portions. I had pizza and my husband had pasta. We were both full at the end of the meal and happy. Small issue with our bill at the end but staff were very apologetic and resolved it straight away. Will be back next time visiting area.
